Midway Specialty Vehicles LLC, incorporated in 1980, has grown to become one of the nation's leading manufacturers of customized commercial van conversions. Headquartered in Elkhart Indiana, the company continues to serve commercial fleet users across the United States with tailored, work-ready transportation solutions. Midway has carved out a unique niche by focusing on true customization, working closely with each customer to develop solutions tailored to their specific needs, rather than fitting those needs into a pre-set product line. This collaborative process begins with a sales inquiry and continues through engineering, design and final product implementation to ensure each vehicle is built with precision and purpose. At the core of Midway's success is President, CEO, and Owner Michael Violi, whose leadership shapes the company's vision and direction.

Midway operates out of two main locations designed to support both high-volume production and fully customized builds. In Elkhart, Indiana, our primary facility spans 85,000 square feet across ten acres. In Charleston, South Carolina, we've expanded into a 60,000 square foot Sprinter assembly facility just minutes away from the Mercedes-Benz manufacturing plant. This site, part of the Midway Sprinter Division Complex, is dedicated to Sprinter upfits and sits on eight acres of land. As the first official Mercedes-Benz Sprinter "Ship Thru" and "Drop Ship" partner since 2003, and a recognized Expert Upfitter, Midway delivers tailored solutions for Sprinter vans. Our services include full interior conversions, decal installation, GPS systems, pre-delivery inspections, and more built for dealers, leasing companies, fleet customers, and OEM partners across the country.
